Welcome to the official website of East Kilbride Pipe Band.  We are based in the South Lanarkshire town of East Kilbride,  drawing membership from in and around the town, and currently support 2 bands that compete in Grade 3 and 4.

Although primarily a competition band, we also support many local events and gala days as well as participating in Celtic festivals and cultural trips outside of Scotland.

In 1999, a 6/8 March entitled "East Kilbride Pipe Band" was composed by a good friend of the band, Stuart Robertson, to commemorate the band winning the Grade 4B European Pipe Band Championships that year.  The tune appears in Stuart's latest book, "Skye Bound, Music for the Highland Bagpipe".

As a not-for-profit organisation we rely on the success of fundraising events throughout the year to supplement the income from band engagements.  If you would like to sponsor the band, or work in partnership with us, then please contact us.
